The community of Summerland is located in the heart of the Okanagan Valley, within 50 km of Kelowna, BC, 420 km of Vancouver, BC, 690 km of Calgary, AB and 519 km of Seattle, Washington.

During the winter months we offer the arena and curling club facilities, cross country and three down hill skiing areas within a short drive of Summerland.

Just past the double laning construction on Hwy 97 heading south turn right onto Bentley Rd. Follow Bently Rd until you come to the signage for Summerland View Estates.

Or follow Hwy 97 until you come to Jones Flat Rd. Turn right onto Jones Flat Rd and then turn right again on Bentley Rd. Follow Bentley Rd until you come to the signage for Summerland View Estates.

From Penticton

Heading North on Hwy 97 continue past both sets of highway traffic lights at the Summerland intersection and then make a left turn onto Jones Flat Rd. Follow Jones Flat Rd to Bentley. Turn right onto Bentley and follow Bentley until you come to the signage for Summerland View Estates.

From Summerland

Follow Victoria Rd North to Jones Flat Rd. Turn left onto Jones Flat then right onto Bentley Rd. Follow Bentley Rd until you come to the signage for Summerland View Estates.
