Home staging

Proper marketing is essential to attract the ideal buyer for your home. The way you live in your space often differs from how you should present it for sale. Beyond thorough cleaning and decluttering, preparing your home involves several additional steps. Removing personal items and decluttering the space enables potential buyers to envision themselves living in the property. Homes that are effectively staged typically sell more quickly and at higher prices. I can advise on alternative furniture arrangements or room layouts, point out minor repairs to address, and help organize any extra assistance needed. I collaborate with you to enhance the appeal of your home and aim to maximize your return on investment.  

Advertising Campaign

A high-quality photo showcase, along with a digital floor plan of your home, are essential tools for effective marketing. I employ a professional photographer to capture interior, exterior, and drone images of your property and neighborhood. Additionally, he creates an iGuide floor plan, enabling prospective buyers to tour your home virtually. The most appealing photos are featured on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and on a dedicated webpage for your property on my website. I also design a specialized Listing Booklet detailing your home's features, which is readily available on both the website and the realtors’ XPosure site. Your listing will be included in the monthly Penticton Real Estate Guide, distributed to local households throughout the area.
