REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE                                                        

I have been licensed since 2002 and have had the pleasure of helping many happy clients. My experience affords me the capability to handle the smallest of small listings to the family owned vineyards and million dollar properties. By residing in the Okanagan Valley since 1997 I’ve developed an extensive knowledge of the area which helps me to provide the best advice and service to all my clients. I gauge my success as a realtor not by the number of clients I serve but rather the satisfaction my clients have with me as their real estate professional.

Jun 2014 – Jun 2017     3 Year Hiatus from Real Estate – I spent time with my daughter during a difficult pregnancy and then looked after my twin grand babies for their first 2 years. An absolute awesome experience.

 

2004 – Present             Developer – Part owner of the Development Company that designed, developed, marketed and sold Rock Garden Estates

OTHER EXPERIENCE

                                                                   

Construction:  My husband and I have built 4 personal homes together as well as doing several renovations for family and friends over the years. I was involved in all aspects of the construction including layout and design and all of the decorating. I have learned a great deal about construction which has given me the ability to identify potential issues and recognize possible changes that would improve functionality and value.

Office Administration:   I have had years of experience in all aspects of office administration in a variety of positions. Each of these positions provided great experience that enhances my work as a Real Estate Representative.

My first position with the Harrison Chamber of Commerce involved working with the community and preparing their marketing material for community events. 

​

4 Years working for a Financial and Registered Investment Advisor taught me the value in securing your funds in secure products. Real estate is one of the most secure investments there is.
